Good skin dermatologist in Singapore or Thailand?

when I was in a high school i went to this doctor at taka, I forgot his name, but he gave me this roacutane, that drives me nuts. so I stop it.

I have very very bad complexion since i was 14 (now 22). I went to many Indonesian dermatologist (Im living in jakarta btw) but no hope, this disgusting pimple always popping..

so, last week, I went to singapore, and meet my sister that just did her skin care at valentin low, that cost her 2k (half price for chanel bag), for a 15mins session. I was like hell man. she has this tiny hole (pimple mark) on her face not too many. she's not sure of what is that doctor putting on her face, but I think its a filler. btw, anyone know how long filler will last? since she need to go back to him to redo her face every month.

Im getting sick with my bad complexion, anyone know is there any very good and recommended skin dermatologist in singapore? or may be Thailand for a cheaper option?

please give me advice =D I will fly to whenever it is, to have a flawless skin. hahah
