I have no idea what you are doing, but I do know, at Tai Keng Gardens, you can rent the whole space, that is empty on the left hand side, it used to be rented out for car repossession, all your equipment would go in a 20ft container, and you could probably share an office with one of the dealers, however if it's a garage and workshop, that is something else.

You only need enough space for storage and office space, space is around 15$ per cubic meter per month...so you should be looking at alternatives to keep your cost as low as possible. Although if its going to take a few hrs to fit the gadget, you must think of the heat, or find a garage to work from.

Then you are better looking on the small industry areas, for a workshop. Like Defu lane. Without knowing your product, it's difficult to point you in the right direction! If you are looking to retail it, that's another story.

whats the price compare to those in eunos, ubi, kakit bukit? are those like ubi where u have to drive up or ground floor type?

Only the AutoPoint is a drive-up type, Sin Ming and Defu are shop-lot areas. All have car workshops and parts dealers inside, including detailing, spraying, tyre replacement and full accident repair.

Eunos and around that area has a few workshops yes, but mixed in with many other businesses and the area is generally better known for new and second hand car dealers.

I'm not getting involved in the whole Fuel Saving Gismo debate cause i roughly get 8km/L so conserving fuel is not my primary thought or priority, the 270hp under the bonnet is ;)

On this, SE, i think changing the Engine Management Unit is perfectly legal here. There are so many workshops doing it out in the open and a few doing it as their primary function, though i ran a piggie-back system on my last car. Again, though, after a few other mods it was more for the gain in power and nothing to do with fuel consumption BUT my useage remained unchanged even with a 10-15% gain in power so it might be fair to say also i improved on my FC figures this way.

Your looking for more than a mechanic, you need someone to understand the software too, fine tuning is done like this Having looked at it, I would say anyone with some knowledge of both mechanics and computers could do it.
