Company Management Accounts

Hi all

For my business accounting i use microsoft excel 2003 and i have a UOB current account. Both the accounts tally each other. So is there a way that i can certify my management accounts (excel file) without an going thru audit hassles.Pleas kindly advice me.The purpose is to apply SME loans.
