i hold the australia PR and wanna to work in singapore. how to apply for the singapore PR wihout any job offer in singapore now?

do i have to get the job offer firstly in singapore then let employer to apply the working visa for me?

I don't know if you can FIND a job but you can certainly LOOK. Depending upon what it is you do, the economy sucks right now.
