Western Mah Jong Set but not a mini tile

Post by Zeenit » Sun, 19 Jul 2009 11:40 am

Does anyone know where I can buy a set of the Western kind. That means it has numbers and N,S,E,W and well as G,R,W written on the tile.

I am looking for a set but not a mini tile as its too small to play with. I have looked in Chinatown but hell they remind me of Sim Lims etc etc. A total rip off and think everyone is a tourist.

there's a mah jong place near the malay village or a small stall in toa payoh near the hdb hub. and best bring a local to bargain for you.

i went once alone and started asking in English, quoted me one price... went back the weekend after and asked in chinese... diff price!
