Hi, Not sure if these are up to the standard you want, but try ....
-- Lawrey's in Paragon, 2nd floor beside Singapore airlines. Very good, a little formal/expensive
-- Outback, not bad at all. Reasonable price.
-- Tony Roma's. Ok, reasonable price
-- Stuart Anderson's Black Angus, end of Orchard Road next to Orchard Parade Hotel. Probably the best combo of price/size.
-- Morton's of Chicago. Pricey but huge.
Good luck

You realize you responded to a six-year old post, right? That said, I'm disappointed the hawker stall serving steaks near my place is closed.

Bernard Lim is just trying his luck and my patience. He was warned early on about advertising and his signature so now he's got his sig in line but cannot relate to any thing or anybody on the forum so he's just digging up old posts to try to get eyeball count for his sig. Who knows, I may just tire of it eventually........ one hopes!

I agree with SMS. IF you read the annual reports which show the immigration numbers PR approval for those over 50 is very low.
