I beg to differ. many of us may have diff views on supplements. To me, i look at the ingredients that they have and did some research. not that "special" actually, the active ingredients are all well known. just to make sure the QC of the manufacturing is good and endorsed by relevant authorities.
and also like i mentioned another topic on weight management in this forum(should i repost it here? moderator?)...know what the programme is trying to do. make sure its safe and no rebound and side effects.
