Hi, I was on this 3month TRA weight management programme. It targets at losing fats instaer fo weight, water or muscle.

besides the supplements to help to reduce craving, reduce carbo intake, burn and block fats, increase skeletal muscle mass and metabolism, the most powerful part is the 3333 diet rule. need not starve( i hate to starve) just eat normally and healthily.

lead life normally, no need extra exercise hahaaha the results was good! and no rebound till now.

I beg to differ. many of us may have diff views on supplements. To me, i look at the ingredients that they have and did some research. not that "special" actually, the active ingredients are all well known. just to make sure the QC of the manufacturing is good and endorsed by relevant authorities.

and also like i mentioned another topic on weight management in this forum(should i repost it here? moderator?)...know what the programme is trying to do. make sure its safe and no rebound and side effects.
