How to target web-sit to Singapore?

Hello,
I found recently that on request "consultations visio" my site is first in Google global search. Good news.
But it is not in the list of found sites if I select "Pages From Singapore". It founds web-sites not only with .sg domain.
What should I do to appear in Singapore's web-sites subset?

Only Google knows, but I presume it looks for websites hosted in Singapore.
