Thank you davidplato for letting us ab(use) his place for christmas dinner. All was swell, you lovely guests were lovely!
======================================
NEW YEAR'S EVE
a few choices:
1. sing songs, cost, ~30sgd - kbox or partywork
(people who cant bring themselves to carry a tune, can, alas, eat the food and sleep in the comfy sofa)
2. clarke quay NYE party, free stuffs, ergo be warned that they are gonna be LOTS and LOTS of body counts
http://www.timeoutsingapore.com/clubs/c ... party-2009
======================================
actually my thoughts are:
we can do 1 first and later go to 2
or do any sort of dinner first then go to either 1 or 2 or both.
what do you think? let me know!

NEW YEAR'S EVE CELEB (OR NONCELEB
)
==========================================
1. First we eat at Chinatown, one of the chinese restaurants along Smith Street
http://www.chinatown.org.sg/english/pop ... ntlist.htm
2. Then go drink wine (blame diodetas! okay me, for we both missed it) per week before, Wine Connection.
11 Unity Street #01-05/06 Robertson Walk Singapore 237995
http://maps.singaporeexpats.com/showmap ... c=SHOPPING
3. Finally, we descend upon the unwary crowd at Clarke Quay.

Sounds great gummi. I say we start hanging around the vicinity at 7.30pm. Early birds get better deal?
