hi any mother's group near changi airport. I live in upper changi rd. east. i have a one year old son. we're from uk.

You can try the East Coast Mum's Support Support Group, they're actually on Facebook as East Coast Mums' Support Group (ECMSG) - Singapore. They meet at Werners Cafe in Siglap between 10am and 12pm. The next one is on the 16th July.

I haven't actually been myself yet though.

I'm on the East Coast (Bayshore Road). I've been here nearly a year and have a 5 month old boy. I'm also from the UK.
