Check some of the home cleaning services in my links page below (centre column) at least one of them (maybe more) does steam cleaning:

If that's really the case I think I'd have it reupholstered. It's comparatively cheap in Singapore and steamcleaning will probably not completely eradicate the odors. Good luck either way.
