My friend wwant o apply for a job in Ho Chi Minh city. They need Judicial records. Which department should I apply to for this judicial records. Thanks in advance.

Police department? Ministry of Home Affairs? The prison you were released from?

. I'll try to check with sesond place (Ministry of Home Affairs) first. I don't think I need to go to the third place

i dont know if this is what you(r friend) need(s):

but the first place you need to go for this info is GOOGLE (or whatever is in the my search engine page in your computer)
