there's been news lately of mobile food vans making a come back if proposals for a mobile restaurant/kitchen to the authorities are approved.

in the neighborhood where i used to live, one of my neighbors ran a chain of restaurants.

he has a specially retrofitted RV-style truck that transforms into a mobile kitchen and it gets driven from place to place to cook chinese dinner outdoors (HUAT AH!).

i never thought about its legality until i read the news that such a vehicle is probably not approved.

Hi Everyone!

Feels so good to be back here! I just went through my old emails and was surprised to see about 20 unopened emails from Singapore Expats asking me regarding my pushcart service.

Sadly guys, i am no longer active in doing pushcarts(unless of course life surprises me!)

I have moved on to other things, i will let you know more what i've been up to in the other topic.
