New to Singapore with a 2.5 year old and a 1.5 year old

Post by marnispringer » Sat, 27 Jun 2009 2:09 pm

Hi,

My husband and I just moved here with our two children (2 1/2 year old daughter and 1 1/2 year old son) and I'm hoping to find people to have play dates with. We will be located near NUS/Holland Village/Dover Rise area but are willing to travel as well. Please email or pm me if you are interested. Thanks!

Best,

Marni

Hi Marni,
I had 2 yrs 3 month old daughter. I love to let my daughter have a play date. We live behind the Orchard road. Normally we play in Lil Gym at Great World Plaza.

Hi Marni,
I've only just seen your message as I haven't been on the forum for a bit - too busy packing!!!! We arrive in Singapore on 8th August and I'll get on touch once we're settled. It would be great to meet up.

Hi there,

We just arrived here from the states this week. I have a 21 month girl and a 5 year old boy. We live near the Dover MRT. Would love to find some playmates.

Hi Katy and original post. Katy where is your five year old going to go to kindergarten?

We are moving from Canada in October with a 2 and 5 year old. Our older daughter will be at the Canadian school so we'll likely live out that way somewhere.

Hi Katy,
we just got here on Friday from the UK. My little boy has just turned 2. We'd love to meet up. We're moving to Bukit Timah next week. I have no idea where are good places to meet up, do you have any ideas? My diary is free!

Look forward to hearing from you - my email is [email protected]

hello! Just saw this post and am wondering how everyone is settling into their new homes. My husband and I will be arriving in Singapore the end of December. I have a four-year-old daughter (she'll be five next month) and a two-year-old son. I was happy to see how many new people with children are arriving. Has the move been ok for you? I'm excited about our upcoming move, but, of course, a little anxious too. How do you like Singapore so far?
