Since league is almost over?

Post by Jgill » Tue, 06 Apr 2010 8:50 am

Well I am unlucky enough to discover this too late, but was wondering; Will there be teams practicing in "off season", while in states use to play a lot of tournament ball and I miss it a lot. Was told no slowpitch existed here so I never looked.

Also, does anyone know of affordable sports rec clubs to join? A colleague and I are looking to join a lub that offers various sprots, like cricket, football, darts and socail enviroment. Key word is afforcable as our company isnt paying this boll for us lol.

Randall, sent you a PM. We have a tourney this weekend and we need you! Come to the fields at Kallang by the Indoor Stadium on Stadium Walk road. Our first game is at 0900 sharp, ask for Tim from the Guzzler's.

Bring your glove and cleats if you got them, if not we'll find some for you.

If anyone else wants to come by and watch feel free. There will be food by Botak Jones and beer by Moosehead. If you buy a beer tell them your buying it for the Guzzlers so we get the credit and our team wins the beer drinking prize! :D

Did you ever find a women's or mixed softball team to play for. I Played ladies fastball from the age of 5 until I moved overseas. I was excited to be moving to Singapore, as I figured there were so many expats that there had to be a league. Please say something has started up there.
