don't get cheated in M1 sim card, Singtel sim card

FOR m1 sim card: the card damaged...All the bonuses( free sms,IDD call to different destinations, free sms before top up) are gone....The customer services in M1 mentioned that they can not transfer the bonuses to the new number that I bought (the new one)

singtel simcard: I was smses by the ads<Singtel>Buy limited edition Super Hot$128/$20/Bonus$30 top up cards & exchange at any KFC store for Free KFC Meal...
I went to 7 eleven and bought the $20 top up..after that I went to KFC to get the Meal..but the KFC didn't want to give me the 1 small fried chicken

Nokia in wheelock...the services was bad...I can not get services and told me to buy the new one
