How long takes time to wait for EP ?

I'd been working for 8 months , got retrenched 2 months ago and just now get new job and my question is how long i must wait for my new EP ?

Online application will take 1-2 weeks (mostly in 2 days)
Manual application will take 2-4 weeks(mostly in 2 weeks)
