Had to chuckle at your first paragraph. Interesting choice of words I might say. However, I don't believe they are what you think they are. I'm a member of our GRO in our constituency and my photo's are of the problems in our estate that we constantly tackle as far as cleanliness in the HDB estate. Even some of us that complain here who are not "citizens" are trying to do our bit to change the mindset of people here. Now, I've got to wade through it to get to my bus stop as it's time to go to work! :wink:
