I'll see if can buy upfront! What was Blue thunders tipple, I vaguely remember him drinking bottles! Not dregs like us, but beggars can't be choosers, still trying to convince the other half to join us, after she finishes work!
I guess it maybe wise to get a table not so close to the music if its on, considering we are chatting like parrots in the beginning and like neighbours at the end

congratulations that's some chatter box you have there, So i take it Singerporeexpats are giving you a free weekend trip to Thailand for the occasion?

It must be tax deductable!

I'll try and make it by 8+. My (far) better half probably won't be able to make it. BTW, do they serve wine there? I'm trying to avoid beer these days as I'm on a low carb diet (which is working pretty well.)
BTW, congrats SMS on 10,000+ posts. Truly, you don't have a life!

Actually, I've got too much life. Not enough time is my problem. There is only 24 hours in a day!

I've had a special request from my beloved. She would love to join us like last time but she is asking if it is possible to move to an indoor venue.
She's a real mosquito magnet and the last time she felt like a walking, all-you-can-eat buffet spread for mozzies.

I'll see in the next hour if, i can get 2 tables reserved inside that should be enough for 8 people, problem is they are on each side of each other. I'll ask about the wine too. Or if SMS knows any other place?
I'm not at all familiar with pubs in the area so i don't know.

I booked 8 seats inside from 7.30 pm, air conidtioned. and they also sell red wine! I may convince my wife and daughter to eat there if she's finished work in time.

Yeah, not a bad evening at all. Although, unlike the previous encounter, I had a pretty big head when I woke up. Feeling good now though. Was probably a good thing we ate there as well!
