Best place is IKEA. Jason's Marketplace at Raffles City also has a pretty good (if expensive) selection of smoked salmon and other Nordic seafood goodies.

There's also supposed to be a Danish supermarket/shop/grocery somewhere on South Buena Vista rd, but can't find it on the net...
