Average processing time for PR is 3mths. However at the moment they seem rather busy and I was told yesterday that it is now 3-6 mths (it also said that in my application confirmation).

Not possible to say. Are you a Singapore PR, Citizen, applying together with her (if so are you P,Q,S pass)? They have a points system taking all this and her education, race, citizenship into account but the system is not pulic. So one can only guess. Until then you should be able to get an LTSVP for her?

Please note that if she has ever been in Singapore on a work permit before you need approval from MOM first before marrying.

Based on your posts, I'd say you two are pretty evenly matched. If she hasn't worked here on a WP before. Should be rather easy. Especially considering she could be producing male children for NS.
