TAX Laws in Singapore for US citizens?

Post by Luka » Fri, 19 Jun 2009 10:37 am

I am moving to Singapore and hoping to find some answers on tax laws.

Will I have to pay US tax as well, while working and paying Singapore tax?

Does anyone know if US has a tax treaty with Singapore? I guess I can google that.

Do a search on this forum using the search function just below the Profile link at the upper right side of the page. Type in the words 'US Income Tax' in the proper window, tick the search for 'all of the words' and tick show results by 'post'.

The search function here is very useful. And had you even looked on the first two pages you would have found the most recent discussion concerning your query.
