any openings for cabin crew base in singapore

Hi

I was a cabin crew sometime back with UAL. And is thinking of going back flying.......does anyone know if there is any openings or a website i can go to looking for informations.

In a recession? Forget it! All airlines are losing money and are either laying off staff or asking them to take unpaid leave BA being the latest to join the fray.

Ps: Last I heard was SIA had 'mothballed' 17 aircraft.

Yeh and a fair swag of cargo tech crew have been furloughed apparently.

I agree with Plavt - pretty unlikely, but previous experience may count for something in the current climate. Make Google your friend and search all the airlines in the region: Jetstar Asia, tiger, etc. You may get some luck.

Also, there is a very long thread here on the SIA cabin crew - use the seach button under the Profile button up on the top right. that will allow you to search just the forums. That might give you some useful background.
