We are moving to Singapore end of August/early September from Hong Kong. My 18 month year old currently goes to Tutor Time on the southside of the island. I am wondering what the equivalent of it is in Singapore? Tutor Time is a bilingual international pre-school (mandarin/english) that is a big feeder into schools like HKIS and CIS here. The school is a great mix of ex-pats and locals.
Can anyone suggest any bilingual groups in Singapore?
