Venue for a D&D event

I am looking for a venue to hold a Dinner & Dance Event on 31st August. The facilities should include a suitable ambience, sound system, DJ, food, the works. The budget is about S$20 per person. The crowd size could be anywhere from 40 to 80.

Thanks for the call. The place is called Indrani Cuisine and is located at 1 Dalhousie Lane. The function room upstairs is what used to be Kairali Bistro.
