In search of intermediate play!

Post by kmcdaniel » Wed, 07 Apr 2010 10:19 am

Hi There!

I've recently moved to Singapore and am looking for a friendly game of tennis now and then.

At one point in time, I considered myself to be an advanced player but lack of practice means that my skills on the court have decreased over the years.

Although I do not have a court at my place, I live quite centrally (Robertson Quay) and am willing to travel.

Let me know if you're interested in meeting for a game. You can get in touch with me at [email protected].

Speak Soon!
Katie

I am available for a game however in terms of skill set I would place myself mid way between wild card US open and UK Davis Cup team!

I am situated at the Shangri-La and have courts here if you don't mind travelling I am available during the day but can also do evening games.

My e-mail is [email protected].

I'm a 26 year-old male Swede who recently moved to Bishan in Singapore, looking for a tennis partner to play with evenings and weekends, preferably at my place (staying at the condo Bishan 8) or nearby. I'm intermediate level (I suppose). Send me a PM or email if interested: tahoma403 at hotmail dot com.

Seems like the right place to post this. Like others, just arrived and looking for a tennis partner. I am at Bugis. Don't have a car but prepared to travel up to 20 min by MRT or 15 min by cab.

About NTRP 4-4.5 I guess. Mobile 92412531.

Does anyone know what is up with Savitar per chance. Have been calling them for a week trying to arrange a lesson, no answer. Are they still alive?

looking for tennis partner

Post by mgrayson001 » Sat, 12 Jun 2010 4:49 am

Hello,

I am looking for advanced Tennis players at 4.5 USTA level. I will be moving to Singapore from Portland, Oregon in the beginning of July. I have been to Singapore before (visiting), so I know how hot and humid it does get, so I will be slow at first, but looking forward to the exercising. I play on average of 2-3 times a week now in the US.

I used to teach for fun for a couple of years.

I do not know exactly which area I will be living at. We are both looking for a condo. My wife who is a Singaporean is also a 3.5 USTA tennis level player.

Just looking for hitting partner as well as playing either singles or doubles games.

Email address and phone numbers are good to have in terms of making new tennis friends. I will be getting a phone once I get to Singapore.

Hey All,

I wouldn't mind a hit-around on the weekends as well. I'd say i'm intermediate but haven't played in awhile so may take awhile to shake of the rust. Give me a shout if you need a hitting partner. =)

I'm a Aussie tennis coach working down at the only clay courts in singapore and always happy to do hitting lessons -

Hey,
I would like to play a bit in the evenings or on weekends, too. I would say, I was intermediate, but haven't played a couple years now...
Btw I'm 22, from Germany. So just pm or mail me ([email protected]), if you're interested.
Cheers
