Hi,
I have a problem with my Loewe Xelos television (32" screen).
When I switch on the power supply, red light comes on but the green light doesn't. Tried clicking on the remote control's on/off button but still nothing.
I tried googling for a cause/solution and some sites say it could be a problem with the flyback transformer.
Does anyone know where I can get tech support for Loewe TVs in Singapore ?
Thanks,

Hi Shuchita,
stupid question but did you try changing the batteries in the remote control? Also are there some buttons on the tv you can use to change channel (ours does have that on the bottom behind a flap).
There is a Loewe shop in Plaza Singapura on the third or fourth floor, they might be able to help you regarding tech support should new batteries or the buttons not work.
Hope this helps, good luck!
