clip on pearl earrings

Good afternoon.
I am looking for a recommended place to buy a proper pair of pearl clip-on earrings for my mother in law. A couple of friends I know have bought pearl earrings in Singapore but they all mentionned issues about pearls getting unstuck and would not recommend their jeweller.
Any thoughts would be highy appreciated .
