If we turn down a placement right, what will happen?

Post by Pentium » Fri, 12 Jun 2009 10:33 am

Hello
I am wondering if I turn down an expensive placement right at eg. SAS or Tanglin Trust, what will happen to my kid's application? Does it mean they don't want my kid in their schools anymore? Or I can forget about that school, I will not hear from them anymore??? I am so confused.

All answers are highly appreciated.

If YOU turn down an existing application you will lose any application fee. However they will accept future applications if your circumstances change and you want to apply once more for the school.
I assume you got an offer from another school thus need to turn down the other placement?

Check with the school - but you are usually allowed to roll over the offer one time without losing the deposit.
