If you check out the Indonesian channels you'll find some islamic ones. Don't know what time since I don't watch them but have seen them while switching channels. Don't know about other religions though, haven't noticed any.

If you check out the City Harvest Church website, I believe that they offer live streaming videos of their services. You can even donate a church offering with your credit card!

Not sure if it has to be strictly on television, but you can always get services on the internet as well.
