Full time Nanny/Baby Sitter/Help

I am moving to Singapore at the end of July with my 3-month-old daughter. I am looking for a full-time live-in nanny who can start as soon as I land. Although there are plenty of agencies out there, I don't have a good way to screen them from overseas. Anyone knows a good nanny / baby sitter who is loving, patient and can speak good English or Chinese?
