The ones which i have tried & liked are:-

1) Magnifique (formerly kr+, a baby of Le Salon) at Millenia Walk (T: 6333 0233)

2) Cinq at Telok Ayer Street (T: 6223 3380)

Btw, Le Salon at Taka is now known as Kim Robinson & they have moved to a different floor.

My favorite is Sabun Cabane in Tanglin Mall. Great atmosphere, good hair dressers and colourists and inspirational art on the wall!

Hair secret!! They do hairstyles and even nails!! Oh...their hairstyles are pretty CUTE!
