I have been offered admission in NTU.
I am looking for a house in some decent locality which is close to university and also close to nearby markets (Indian shops).
Where do you suggest that I look for hose. The rents that are affordable.
Looking for 2+1.

For starters, please define "affordable". Have you looked into the student dorms, which are (AFAIK) by far the cheapest option?

Thanks.. Around 250-300S$ per month with PUB/Furnished.. Looking for flats preferably and not dormitory where many stay.
Need privacy and space for studying.
Checked yoHA, but it is costly.

You're expecting to rent an entire 2+1, with utilities, for $250-300/month!?

It'll be hard to find even a single room at that price.

Stick another zero on the end and you'll be a lot closer what you'll have to pay for a furnished 2+1 and monthly bills.
