Is it anything wrong to have two rental contracts with my own name?
I mean, in legal way.
Both contracts is HDB flat rental.

You have not indicated whether you are renting directly from HDB (restriction there are extreme so I think not allowed) or from open market private owner. I don't know of any restrictions if you are renting from a private owner. Maybe somebody else knows otherwise. If you were renting two units and one was to house your parents I don't see a problem with that but, of course if you are renting to subsequently sublease those premises to foreign workers at exorbitant prices/overcrowding of units as were recently in the papers, then you have a bigger worry than your name on the rental contracts.
