Not sure why you need to post a lengthy thread ask and ask a one line question that could have been done by a PM.

BTW its not hard to rub shoulders with the highest of the high in Singapore as they are pretty accessible and on a professional level you will find a lot of expats have such close to ear contact.

I had said it many times, this forum is not a place for service feedback. We do not have any dedicated staff handling customer service / replying to enquiries in the forum. Will appreciate if you respect the forum's policy.
