Room rental cancelation

Hi everyone,

Hope this fits in the right forum category.

One week ago, I signed for a room rental.
I signed for 4 months, but it also says I must inform the owner 30 days before in case of an early termination.

I've been in the room for 1 week, its OK but I dont feel I can stay 4 months here. Is there anyway I can cancel the rental ? or am I obliged to stay the full 4 months ? I was thinking if there is an early termination statement, then early termination should be possible I already paid for 1 month + the deposit.

What should i do ?
If any of you did something similar before, please let me know.

What do you mean "if"? What does your tenancy agreement say?

it says minimum stay : 4 months
Number of days required for early termination : 30

So Im thinking since there is an early termination term, then it should be possible to terminate early, otherwise I dont see the point of the early termination thing. Do I make sense ?
