im a student from malaysia, currently taking poly. i hav just collected my student pass tis morning. the ICA officer took away my DE(white) card, can i leave singapore without my DE card? i mean, isit normal for them to take away my DE card? please help. thx

Its a normal procedure while you apply for any type of Pass.
ICA collects the white card along with the Pass application..
