Is the Tang Dynasty City in Singapore demolished already?

Is the Tang Dynasty City in Singapore demolished already?
I know it's already closed down. Is the theme park not in use at all?
I just want to know whether the theme park is open for public like tigar balm village.

It's been shuttered for at least five years now, and I believe it's now demolished as well.
