I will be buying some apparels and shoes from Taiwan, hoping that some of you will join in so that shipping will get cheaper. There will be men's tops and kids' apparels too. anyone interested in sharing the shipping, please pm me. thanks!

Since share prices usually falls after dividend ex-date, isn't it better to buy after the ex-date (rather than buying for the dividends)?

If you buy a property that's tenanted, what are the chances that the tenant will move? What's a fair compensation to the tenant?

It depends on the TA wording and remaining lease.

If TA does not address sale of property then you have to rely on the TA cancellation of lease...

I already own - the issue is that this distorts the market unevenly. It swings to the market towards the new units and away from the resale units.
