I am employment pass holder in singapore and planning to visit to malaysia over the weekend. I am holding indian passport. Has anyone ver applied for malaysian visa on arrival. can you please let me know whta are formalities involved and the chances of approval.

I am assuming that you are holding an Indian passport.

The visa on arrival facility has been discontinued. You should get a visa prior to departure from Singapore. You can get it quite easily from one of the travel agents e.g Konsortium(http://www.konsortium.com.sg/malaysia-V ... cation.php)
