Western Food Catering Co for a major birthday event

Hi I am looking for a catering company that will do western style sit down style food...not finger buffet.

The event is in 6 months time so I am needing to find a co and also taste the menu.

Any pointers will be helpful.

They have a restaurant down at Holland Village too.

I use Lavish Dine for all my catering needs, http://www.lavish.com.sg/. I think they can do sit down dinners as well. Very good food and great service.
