Banking and FX

Post by Bronte » Mon, 18 May 2009 6:57 pm

Hi,

I have recently moved to Singapore and once I get my EP will be looking to open a few bank accounts.

I hear OCBC are really hard to deal with, but HSBC and Citibank are good?

Can someone please advise if they have had good experiences and customer service from these banks? And also I take it all banks have around the same charge for FX transactions?

SD$30

Thank you all for your help

Hiya,

charges aren't the only thing you should look out for but commission/spread as well. In general though, have a look through the forums and use the search function. This has been discussed MANY times before.
