A friend of mine lives at Sail and isn't too happy with it: apartments are tiny and cramped, and they get non-stop, 24/7 construction noise from all the building sites around it.

International Plaza is pretty old so, unless the apartments are renovated, they won't be anything special. The 'facilities' are not that impressive: a squash court and a very small indoor swimming pool. The higher floors have great views.
If you are looking in that area, the Icon right next door would be a better choice. Beautiful pool deck and facilities. There is a big office under construction right next door but if you are in a unit that doesn't face it, noise shouldn't be a problem.
The Paterson Edge I have liitel impression of other than I hpe that the windows are double-glazed: Paterson Road is one BUSY road. Also, I'm sure it would get pretty hot there!
If I were you I would check out the Icon.

Hey Addadude,
Thanks so much for your feedback. The Inter- plaza is atrociously old, but the unit is renovated and in excellent condition and they also have renovated the pool and gym...the outside common areas are pretty bad...some dodgy looking neighbours are another concern

...
Plus wasnt sure about the location being a business center etc may get too noisey? Interesting point you said about the P.Edge, will take that into consideration....Am not able to find anything right now at The Icon..that was also one of the choices.
But thanks a ton!!

i checked out pat edge. Liked the unit a lot, but the windows were pretty flimsy. also a ton of sound seemed to come in through the bottom of the front door (they were piling next to the building). Like everything, look what you're facing and hope for the best.
