Anyone know what the abbreviation is?

I know myself, but I am just wondering how many people do know in Singapore, so locals are also welcome to answer.

I suspect it originated in the USA, so I will need to write the full meaning, and the abbreviation otherwise Singaporeans, may not have a clue, what it's about. Thanks SE
