Does anyone knows of a good Scuba Diving Club in Singapore??

Post by zeuta » Wed, 13 May 2009 11:55 pm

Hi guys,

I am brand new on this forum so i hope I am in the right place.

My brother has recently moved to Singapore and has passed his Open Water and he just loved diving.

He has quite a busy life so so far he hasnt been able to go back to diving but as he is turning 30 next month i would like to encourage him to pursue this activity by finding him a nice diving club where he can meet people (on a regular basis) who love the same things and go on a few trips around Singapore.

Do you guys know of any good clubs where he could do all this?? So far the only club i found where people not only go diving together but also have monthly meetings is called Free Flow Divers (feeflowdivers.com), anyone know s this club and if it is any good?

Also, I'd like to buy him the complete equipment so if you have a good address for this in Singapore that would be really helpful!

If I not not in the right place to ask this question I would really appreciate if anyone could point me in the right direction.

I really really hope someone will be able to help me out as I know this would make the perfect present for my brother's 30th birthday!

Thanks a lot in advance!!

Hi Taxico,

Thanks for the reply.

However, it seems that because I have just joined this forum, I am not allowed to send PMs and when checking my inbox it says that I didnt receive any new message.

Could you please send me the PM again or tell which other way i can use to contact you and receive yor message (like giving you my email address)

Thanks again!

There are a number fo sucba operators in singapore and they all need to be accredited by one of the major organisations - padi, naui, sdi etc. Some go to just 1 location every weekend and others are more flexible. There are also clubs with the universities etc. A basic internet search is all you need to do...
