question regarding vpost

Hi

I want to have something shipped to Singapore, but probably can't use vpost since they don't allow shipping of good containing Lithium batteries.

I've looked at the customs website, and from what I saw lithium batteries are not on the prohibited item list. Is there another place to look, or can I have it sent here vis Fedex?
