kindergarten for non english speaking kids

hi i just moved in singapore. family coming along next month
daughter is 3.5 year ... she speaks not yet English but understands basic commands colors numbers etc... pb is i will need a kindergarten for her and somebody to teach her English ... any advice ?
i am living in the siglap area and i was thinking Montessori would be a nice choice.
any advice ?

We had ours at he Montessori near Bukit Timah and it was great . . .
