which cosmetic counter to go to?

Post by julinico » Sun, 10 May 2009 11:45 am

Hi all

Anyone to recommend a good cosmetic counter for me to go to for applying on make-up. How long should it take? How much is it usually for. What should I look out in the make-up artist to tell that she/he's really good at what they're doing. I don't plan to buy cosmetics but only to get make-up done. Thanks!

I was browsing these all make-up counter one day..MAC i think will charge about $100..but u better just go to the MAC counter and asked for make-up service detail.
Others like Shu-Uemura or Shisheido also have, but i think..it's not really proffesional service from the brand itself, thats why it's cheaper..abt $60 i think.
Or others is like..one in Taka but i forgot the name, one opposite Zara..

Actually, sometimes we cant really tell whether is good or not..depends the make up artist style. U also better talk n consult with the make up artist first,is it day or night event.. how u want to look like..soft or strong but not too much.. the matching color.. etc
