Hi guys ,
only after 5 months into my job my starup company has folded up but i have a job in another MNC and they have applied for a new EP.
What i want to know does MOM take it in the negative sense if you change jobs only 5 months into a new job and reject a EP on that.Since MOM issued me a EP for 3 years just 5 months back is it still possible for a EP to get rejected ( when my skills,education everything is same)
Also can a EP come in 2 weeks or this time frame is far fetched.Do help me out as i am keen to know this since my wife has also joined me some 2 months back
