I just joined and I'm really excited about this gathering.
We have quite active gatherings and happenings in Korea but I couldn't find any here.
MY husband is Singaporean and I'm from Korea.
Our son will be 9 months this Sunday.
I would love to get together with you and your precious ones.
I always wanted my son 'Aidan' to socialize and make friends.
I posted another thread which is about a book club.
I feel shame there's no activities for our children in Singapore and we should set up one for real.

I actually met up with two other mums last week at Starbucks, but it would be good to make it a regular event.

hi i have just arrived to singapore with my husband and 20month year old son.. we are staying in a serviced apt near mount elizabeth hospital fr the time being..i have to look for a place to rent asap..
but would love to meet with u guys..do u have a group ? when and where do u meet?

It's been a while. Looks like there are lots more moms wanting to meet up.

I'll try and make it to the meet-ups but kinda busy this month house-hunting.

Man, the rental market here is as volatile as the stock market. It's down then up then down all in the space of a few weeks!! Wish me luck!

Very excited to hear that there are other expats in the Novena area. We are new to Singapore from Australia, and will be moving to the Novena area, with no car. Would be very keen to meet other mums in the area!!!

Hi Chicks!

Well, a few months after starting this post, we finally have an arrival date for Singapore! August 29th!! 1 month today!

Still rather nervous about the whole thing and still SO much top do here in Syd before we leave, but VERY excited to finally be able to meet up with you guys!

We'll hopefully be staying in either Novena or around River Valley, so glad to hear there's so many of you around there too. Wish us luck for the whole house hunting thing!

Novena is a great area to live in, so convenient! Our lease is up in January so who knows where we will be then...

We should try and catch up again soon. I think the usually meeting point of Starbucks at Raffles City works really well.
Melisa should be back from OZ soon too - I know she wanted to get together again too.
